Reamo Energy is a renewable energy Technical Asset Management platform focused on scaling a modern, data-driven approach to operations. We combine structured processes with advanced analytics and AI-enabled software to support owners and operators in improving asset performance, profitability, and long-term value.

 

We are expanding our team in Malaysia. This is not a single opening — we plan to hire several roles across the year as our portfolio and regional footprint grow.

The Opportunity

You will join a lean, ambitious team that supports a growing portfolio of utility-scale solar PV in Malaysia (several hundred MWp), with expansion to additional renewables over time.

 

In the early phase, this role is intentionally hands-on. You will help operate and improve assets while also contributing to building scalable internal processes. Over time, there is a clear path toward broader responsibility and team leadership for the right person.

Depending on your strengths and the role we shape together, you may work on:

​

Operations & monitoring

  • Monitor asset performance remotely (availability, PR/loss drivers, alarms, curtailment, downtime)

  • Support incident triage: identify root causes, coordinate actions, track resolution

  • Work closely with O&M contractors and site teams to drive corrective actions

  • Improve reporting quality, data consistency, and operational transparency

Technical Asset Management & performance

  • Identify recurring issues and performance gaps; prioritize opportunities with highest impact

  • Support optimization initiatives (e.g., loss analysis, derating, equipment behavior, data quality)

  • Contribute to owner-level reporting and performance discussions

Process building & scaling​

  • Help define and standardize workflows for a growing portfolio

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring rules, dashboards, and KPIs

  • Support onboarding of new assets and integration of SCADA/data sources (as relevant)​

Who You are

We’re looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, motivated, and ready to take ownership.​

You likely have​

  • Experience in renewables, ideally utility-scale solar PV

  • Familiarity with Technical Asset Management and/or O&M operations

  • Comfort working with data and systems (monitoring platforms, SCADA concepts, reporting)

Location
